Most purchases are shipped within in 3-8 business days. The timing of delivery is affected by your proximity to Sister Bay, Wisconsin and the day in which you place your order. We do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Therefore if you place an order on Friday night or over the weekend your order will not be processed until Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received and then a second email once it ships. On the second email, there will be a tracking number available to track your shipment.

All shipping charges will be calculated based on dollar amount, weight and/or package size & US Postal Service, UPS, or Speedy zones.
- Actual shipping charges will be shown before you proceed to final checkout.
- We realize that shipping charges can be disappointing, so Tannenbaum has chosen the lowest possible charges available for YOU through the US Postal Service, UPS, and Speedy. Tannenbaum does not make any money on shipping charges and we are simply passing on the costs calculated by these services.
